Our Humble Beginnings
It all started when our founder, John Smith, received a chocolate fountain as a gift. He was immediately captivated by the cascade of silky chocolate and amazed by the endless possibilities it presented. John had always loved baking and entertaining, so he quickly put the fountain to use, experimenting with dipping fruits, cakes, cookies, and more. The reactions from friends and family were incredible – everyone was delighted by the interactive chocolate experience.
After seeing how popular chocolate fountains were at parties and events, John realized there was an opportunity to start a business renting and selling fountains. He researched suppliers, sourced high-quality Belgian chocolate, and bought a few commercial-grade fountains to rent out.
Spreading the Joy of Chocolate
The chocolate fountain rentals were a hit right off the bat. People loved the novelty of cascading chocolate and the hands-on dipping experience. It wasn’t long before John expanded the offerings to include sales of commercial chocolate fountains, supplies, and accessories.
We started off small in a home office, filling rental orders on weekends and evenings. As demand grew, we moved operations into a small warehouse space and brought on a few employees to help manage orders and sales.
